Ouna is a companion you talk with about your life — your memories, the people who matter to you, the moments that shaped who you are. You speak, Ouna listens, and Ouna remembers, so each conversation builds gently on the ones before.
Open the app and tap to talk. That's the whole thing — Ouna takes it from there. There's nothing to set up and no right way to begin.
No. You just talk, the way you would with a friend across the table. You can write to Ouna if you ever prefer to, but you never have to.
With your phone number. We send you a short code to confirm it's really you — there's no password to create or remember.
Open Settings and choose Delete account. We'll ask you to confirm with your phone number. Your account is then archived for 7 days — during that window you can't sign in, and the same phone number can't start a new account.
If you change your mind within those 7 days, write to us and we can restore it. After 7 days, everything is permanently deleted: your recordings, transcripts, summaries, and the memory Ouna has built of you.
Email hello@meetouna.com and we'll send you a copy of your data within 30 days. (A way to export it yourself, inside the app, is on the way.)
On our own secure servers. We keep them so that Ouna can remember you from one conversation to the next — that memory is the whole point.
No. We don't sell your conversations, we don't share them with advertisers or anyone else, and we never use what you tell Ouna to train any outside AI. What you say in Ouna stays with us.

Ouna needs permission to use your microphone. To check it:
Check that you have a steady internet connection and try again. If it keeps happening, close the app fully and reopen it — that clears most connection hiccups.
Give it a moment — right after a call, Ouna is quietly gathering her thoughts about what you shared. If it doesn't settle on its own, close the app and open it again. Nothing you said is lost.
Ouna is free while we're early. If that ever changes, we'll tell you clearly and well before it does.
Ouna is early, and still learning. Some things won't work perfectly yet — and when they don't, telling us is genuinely the most useful thing you can do. What you share about what's not working shapes what Ouna becomes.
